No institution has achieved greater success than Morehouse College -- the nation's largest comprehensive liberal arts college for men -- at preparing young men, particularly African American males, to be exemplary models of leadership, manhood, and citizenship.

Founded in 1867, Morehouse is a world-respected institution with a rigorous, increasingly international curriculum. Our nearly 3,000 students are exposed to emerging technologies and prepared for global leadership in diverse careers. As a Morehouse student, you may choose from 26 areas of study en route to earning the Bachelor of Arts or the Bachelor of Science degree.

The Morehouse experience will introduce you to a spirit of brotherhood that can have a profound effect on your life. It will broaden your definition of "success," as you are influenced by the College's commitment to inspire students to place high value on self-knowledge, personal responsibility, and service -- ideals that are the cornerstone of the College culture.

Morehouse is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. It is one of only four liberal arts colleges in the nation with AACSB International accreditation and a Phi Beta Kappa chapter.
