GICA Compliance Collaborative

Compliance 101:  Federal Sentencing Guidelines Element 1 – Creating a Compliance
Program Structure

Tuesday, November 13, 2018
1:30pm - 2:30pm
(For GICACCPSchools Only)

GICA is hosting a webinar created exclusively for Compliance Collaborative members. If you are unsure whether you represent a Compliance Collaborative member school, please contact Judy Spain. If there are other folks on your campus that would be interested in attending this webinar training, please forward this information on to them.

This webinar is the second  in a continuing series dedicated solely to discussing why each campus needs to be working toward initiating (or sustaining) a compliance program.  Each institution needs to understand the importance of knowing what laws affect a campus,  if  your institution in compliance with the law, and what is the plan to get the  institution in compliance with the law.

This specific webinar will focus on how a compliance initiative could be managed; who are the key players who could be mangers of the process;  what are ways to look at how this process could be implemented.

Topics covered:

·         Who is involved in a compliance initiative

·         What could your structure look like on your campus?

o   Will discuss various options for how this initiative could be managed

Register Deadline:  Friday, November 9 at 4:30pm.  Registration and log-in information will be sent to registrants on Monday, November 12, 2018.

Presenter/Facilitator: Judy Spain, J.D., CCEP
