Through its National IPA/Provista membership, GICA is pleased to offer real purchasing power that begins with the NOVAPLUS/PNC Bank Electronic Payables and Purchasing (P-card) program; a great opportunity to drive value through your procure-to-pay process. Delivered by PNC Bank, this service offers many benefits for GICA members including the ability to benefit from the P-card spend of all participating members to achieve higher rebate tiers which helps you to maximize the revenue share (rebate) earned on your own program. Additional benefits associated with this service include:

  • Tiered rebate structure
  • Reduced procure-to-pay processing costs including reduced banking fees for disbursement activity and the ability to extend payment terms (improved DPO)
  • Robust online platform for managing your program
  • Visibility into your spend with key vendors

Managed through PNC’s ActivePay® card management portal, NOVAPLUS/PNC electronic Payables and Purchasing Cards integrate seamlessly into your existing processes and systems. With ActivePay’s easy to use mobile capabilities, users can even attach receipts and allocate expenses 24/7.  The NOVAPLUS/PNC multi-tiered support team helps you through a smooth setup and allows you to readily achieve working capital benefits.
